-Ellen Kossek will be on the National Academies Institute of Medicine panel focusing on organizational culture, stress and leadership links to workforce resiliency. The workshop is lead by a former Lieutenant General and the cabinet head of the US Veterans Affairs Department. The event to help the Department of Homeland Security will be held on November 8, 2011
-Kossek will also speak at the SHRM and Families and Work Institute National Conference on November 8, 2011 on the latest research on workplace flexibility. |

Ellen Kossek was the only U.S. invitee to speak at a seminar for workforce equality between men and women on November 4, 2011, that was organized by the strategic think tank and the French Prime Minister. The talk centered on supervisors, organizational culture change, and workplace flexibility implementation. |
